Working principle of Biomass pellet machine
- Preparation of raw materials. The biomass pellet machine first receives raw biomass materials, such as wood chips, straw, peanut shells, etc. These materials are crushed through internal cutting tools or hammers in the machine.
- Feeding system. The raw materials are fed into the spiral feeder through a feeder, driven by an electric motor, and then sent to the compression chamber between the pressing wheel and the mold for compression through the crushing gear.
- Compression molding. The motor drives the spindle to rotate and drives the rotor to rotate through a transmission device. The spiral bevel gear or pulley on the main shaft rotates synchronously, causing the rotor to produce angular displacement and gradually increase to a fixed value. At this point, the rotor begins to brake and rotate in reverse to reset the set value. Under the action of inertia, the rotor continues to rotate and begins to cut the wooden fiber bundles in the feeder, cutting them off and discharging them out of the feeder.
- Extrusion and cutting. The pressure roller squeezes the raw materials into granules and discharges them through the extrusion port. After the granular biomass fuel is cooled by a cooling device, it is cut into the required length of granular material by a cutting mechanism.
