The sawdust machine mainly processes wood into small sawdust or wood powder through the dual effects of mechanical cutting and airflow impact. In this process, the motor is the main source of power, which drives the main wheel to rotate, thereby driving the cutterhead and blades to operate at high speed.

Specific workflow of sawdust machine

• Feed: Wood is fed into the feed inlet of the sawdust machine. The design of the feed inlet allows a certain size of wood to enter for subsequent processing.
• Cutting: After entering the sawdust machine, the wood first encounters the cutterhead and blades. Under the drive of the motor, the cutterhead rotates at high speed, and the blades cut the wood, preliminarily processing it into wooden pieces or small pieces.
• Crushing: The initially cut wood chips or small pieces of wood are further subjected to the impact of hammers or airflow. Hammer blades further crush wood chips into smaller pieces by repeatedly striking them. At the same time, the high-speed airflow generated by the rotor rotates in the cutting direction of the blade, accelerating and repeatedly impacting the material in the airflow, achieving a dual crushing effect.
• Screening and discharge: The crushed wood chips are filtered through a sieve and discharged from the discharge outlet. The design of the sieve can adjust the particle size of the wood chips as needed to meet different processing requirements.
