How to use the forced feeding crusher

• Check equipment:
• Confirm whether the base of the forced feeding crusher is secure and whether all components are intact and undamaged.
• Check if the lubrication system is in good condition and ensure that all parts that require lubrication are fully lubricated.
• Check whether the connection between the power machine and the crusher is stable, whether the pulley end face is in the same plane, and whether the rotation direction is correct.
• Clean up the debris inside the machine to ensure that the rotor rotates smoothly and unobstructed.
• Adjust settings:
• Adjust the position of the feeding and discharging devices according to the type and particle size requirements of the materials to be crushed, ensuring smooth operation.

• Select appropriate crushing sieve holes to control the particle size of the crushed material.

Feeding and crushing

• Uniform feeding: Place the material to be crushed evenly into the feeding device to avoid excessive material input at once, which may cause blockage or equipment overload.
• Observing the operation status: During the operation of the equipment, the operation status of the equipment should be closely observed, including whether the indicators such as current, voltage, speed, vibration, and noise are normal.
• Adjust feeding speed: Adjust the feeding speed as needed to achieve the best crushing effect. If material blockage or particle size does not meet the requirements, the machine should be stopped in a timely manner for inspection and adjustment of relevant components.

Shutdown and Cleaning

• Shutdown sequence: Close the forced feeding system, main motor, and other components in sequence according to the shutdown sequence specified in the equipment manual. Ensure that the equipment has completely stopped running before proceeding to the next step.
• Cleaning equipment: Residual materials and dust inside and outside the equipment should be promptly cleaned after shutdown. When wiping the surface of the equipment with a soft cloth, be careful not to directly rinse the internal electrical components and key parts such as bearings with water to prevent damage or rust.
• Inspection and maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the forced feeding crusher, including replacing worn parts, tightening loose screws, cleaning the lubrication system, etc., to ensure long-term stable operation and extend the service life of the equipment.

• Safety protection: Necessary protective equipment such as masks, gloves, and earplugs should be worn when operating the forced feeding crusher to reduce the hazards of dust and noise. It is strictly prohibited to insert hands or other objects into the interior of the equipment to prevent dangerous accidents.
