2. Each fastening screw is prone to loosening and must be checked regularly. If there is any looseness, it should be tightened in a timely manner
3. Pay attention to checking the wear level of easily worn parts and promptly replace worn parts.
4. Regularly add lubricating oil to the friction position to ensure mechanical performance and lifespan.
5. If the bearing oil temperature rises, it should be stopped immediately to check the cause and eliminate it,
6. If there is any impact sound during the operation of the rotating gear, it should be immediately stopped for inspection and eliminated
7. After the machinery is not in use, it should be placed indoors and the sawdust inside the machinery should be cleaned to avoid affecting future use and production.
